Mr. John Hui 許仁強先生 Director of Enterprise Solutions Office City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong 資訊系統服務處處長 香港城市大學 Mr. John HUI, the Director of Enterprise Solutions Office of City University of Hong Kong ( CityU ), supports strategic planning and leads the office to deliver information system services to the CityU community. Prior to CityU, John had over 15 year’s experiences in delivery enterprise solutions in ICT industry. Recently, John is active in contributing to the ICT and education industry such as being one of the founding exco-members of iLEAP of Hong Kong Computer Society ( HKCS ), founding convener of Hong Kong and Macau Ellucian User Group and vice convener of Special Interest Group on Information Systems ( SIGIS ) of Joint Universities Computer Centre ( JUCC ), programme chair of Asia Higher Education Group’s 2018 conference, and organizing chair of International Conference on Blended Learning ( ICBL ) and International Symposium on Education Technology ( ISET ). John graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a first class honor in B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, from the Hong Kong Baptist University with distinction in Master of Business Administration, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Computer Science at CityU focusing in educational technology and learning analytics. 許仁強先生，香港城市大學資訊系統服務處處長，支援校方策略規劃，並領導處室成員，為全校提供資訊系統服務。 許仁強加入香港城市大學前，曾任職企業解決方案服務提供商，已於 ICT ( 資訊與通信科技 ) 產業累積 15 年工作經驗。近期許仁強為 ICT 產業與教育業貢獻卓著，成就如下：香港電腦學會 IT 領袖培訓平臺「iLEAP」創辦行政會議成員之一；港澳地區 Ellucian 使用者群組創辦召集人；大學聯合電腦中心有限公司資訊系統特殊利益團體副召集人；亞洲高等教育集團 2018 大會之議程主席；混合式學習國際會議與教育科技國際研討會之籌備主席。 許仁強以一級榮譽理學士學位畢業於香港大學電機電子工程系，並取得香港浸會大學工商管理碩士學位，現於香港城市大學電腦科學系攻讀博士學位，專修教育科技與學習分析領域。 Dr. Shota FUJII 藤井翔太博士 Associate Professor, Office of Management and Planning Osaka University, Japan 日本大阪大學管理和規畫辦公室副教授 Dr. Shota FUJII is associate professor at Office of Management and Planning, Osaka University. He originally learned Sports History ( the governance of professional football in 19-20th century England ). He acquired M.A. in sport history and culture at De Montfort University and Ph.D. in Literature at Kyoto University. Then, he joined Osaka University in 2011 as specially appointed researcher for international affairs and institutional research, especially focusing on World University Rankings and research assessment. In 2016, he moved to Office of Management and Planning and has engaged in strategic planning of research and governance. His interest is mainly on effective utilization of strategic framework in the governance of university. 藤井翔太博士，大阪大學經營企劃部門講師，原修習體育史 ( 19-20 世紀英國職業足球體系之治理 )，取得德蒙福特大學體育史碩士學位，京都大學文學研究科博士學位。 藤井翔太畢業後，於 2011 年加入大阪大學，擔任國際事務與校務部門研究特任研究員，負責處理世界大學排名與研究評鑑事宜。2016 年調任經營企劃部門，投入研究與治理之策略規劃。主要興趣為大學治理當中策略架構之有效運用。 Prof. Tzu-heng Chiu 邱子恒教授 Library Director, Taipei Medical University President, Taiwan Medical Library Association 臺北醫學大學圖書館館長 臺灣醫學圖書館學會理事長 Prof. Tzu-heng Chiu is the professor of Center for General Education at Taipei Medical University, the Director of Taipei Medical University Library, and the President of Taiwan Medical Library Association. She is also the Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Institute of Library and Information Science at National Taiwan Normal University and Department of Library and Information Science at Fu-jen Catholic University. She acquired her MLS and MS/IRM degrees in School of Information Studies at Syracuse University and Ph.D. in Institute of Library and Information Science at National Taiwan University. Prof. Chiu’s research interests are Information organization, Medical Informatics, knowledge management & knowledge organization, Information literacy education and Library administration. 邱子恒教授任教於臺北醫學大學通識教育中心，並在國立臺灣師範大學圖書資訊學研究所及輔仁大學圖書資訊學系授課；目前是臺北醫學大學圖書館館長與臺灣醫學圖書館學會理事長。邱教授為國立臺灣大學圖書資訊學博士，美國雪城大學圖書館學與資訊資源管理雙碩士，其研究專長為資訊組織、醫學資訊學、知識管理與知識組織、資訊素養教育及圖書資訊機構管理等。 Kelechi Okere Regional Solution Sales Director, Research Management, Elsevier Elsevier 研究解決方案區域行銷總監 Kelechi leads the team responsible for the commercial market penetration of Pure as the Global Pure Sales Director based in NYC. Kelechi joined Elsevier in 2002 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in the North America Academic & Government sales department with coverage of ScienceDirect, Mendeley, as well as the Research Management, Life Sciences, and Engineering portfolios. He spent over eight years as a Regional Account Director, where he lead a sales team responsible for managing research-focused academic accounts across Northeast, Mid-Atlantic & Midwestern U.S. & Canada. Kelechi holds a M.A. degree in English and a B.A. degree in psychology, both from Rutgers University. Kelechi 目前為 Elsevier Pure 產品全球銷售總監，辦公室位於美國，他所領導的團隊負責 Pure 的業務銷售。 Kelechi 於 2002 年加入 Elsevier，負責北美學校與政府業務，銷售 ScienceDirect、Mendeley 以及研究管理生命科學和工程解決方案。 他擔任區域客戶總監長達八年的時間，帶領的銷售團隊負責橫跨美國東北、中大西洋和中西部以及加拿大的研究型學術客戶。 Kelechi 擁有美國羅格斯大學的英國文學碩士學位和心理學學士學位。 Adam Jia Kang, Goh 吳佳康 Solution Sales Manager of Pure Solution, Elsevier Elsevier Pure 解決方案經理 Adam is the Solution Sales Manager for Pure in Elsevier. He is responsible for developing the market for Pure across the Asia Pacific region. He joined Elsevier in 2014 and was previously handling reference content on ScienceDirect for the South East Asian markets of Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. Adam has a degree in Bachelor of Engineering ( Honours ) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Adam 目前在 Elsevier 擔任 Pure 解決方案經理，他負責開發 Pure 產品在亞太區的市場，他在 2014 年加入 Elsevier，在之前他在 Elsevier 負責東南亞市場 - 新加坡、越南、印尼和菲律賓的電子書產品。Adam 以榮譽學生畢業於新加坡南亞理工學院電腦工程學系學士。
