2017年臺灣學術電子書暨資料庫聯盟 (TAEBDC) 為使選書結果符合讀者的需求，採取新的選書模式 – PDA (Patron Driven Acquisition)，由出版社精選電子書清單提供讀者長期試用，未來採購的內容將依試用期間的使用狀況及預算分配來決定最終採購的電子書品項。
In order to fulfill members’ requests, TAEBDC has implemented a new process for eBooks selection - PDA (Patron Driven Acquisition). Publishers will provide a list of eBooks for end users to access for a period of time. Any future eBooks TAEBDC purchase selection will be based on the usage status during the trial period and on TAEBDC member's budget allocation.
Elsevier配合聯盟PDA選書模式，開放旗下出版2000多種電子書以供試用，您可依主題或書名 (按字母順序) 瀏覽的方式選書，或依書名作蒐尋。瀏覽或檢索到的電子書均可點選書名連結至電子書全文。
With the PDA purchase model, Elsevier agrees to grant the entitlement to over 2,000 eBooks for members to access. On this website, users can browse eBooks by subject categories and title names in alphabetical order. Users can also search eBooks by title names. Further, users can click on the title name searched to open the full-text.
